Vitasoy is a regular brand at home. We usually get the regular soy milk and you can taste and see the difference, this seems to be watery and not sweet at all. Paired wepl with granola pr cereals with dried fruits.

I like to use this Lite soy milk as a smoothie base in winter. It gives the smoothie some thickness and still allows other flavours to come through. Very good quality and a good price too.

I buy this milk alternative when I see it on special as I like to mix it up got something different between milk a day other nut milks. Lite is less calories which I like
