    Latrice biscuits are quite sweet if you are after a treat for the 3 pm slump ! But I mainly use them when making vanilla slice. They are the perfect base !

    They are decieving they don’t look delicious but once you start you can’t stop. I make mini millie foglie with them and everyone loves them!

    These biscuits bring back so many childhood memories! My mother used to make a cheesecake every Christmas using these biscuits. It’s a sort of ‘cheesecake sandwich’ and tastes delicious! These biscuits really help to bring home a champion dessert. They are just the right amount of sweetness and are a little softer than the average biscuit. Mum made the cheesecake for Australia Day and it’s still a personal fav!

    Probably one of my most favourite biscuits. They are sweet, with a sugary sort of glaze in one side, and have a flaky pastry texture. This texture can work against them though, as they drop lots of crumbs. But otherwise they’re great if you want a light snack that won’t sit heavy in your tummy.
