This really is a perfect shortbread biscuit – not quite like the scottish varieties, a bit softer and a lot less sugar. Not too expensive either.

For a long time we had forgotten about these biscuits, but they are now back in our pantry. My husband loves them the most and takes a few to work with him each day.
