Ingredients (serves 3 | makes 3-4 pancakes )
- 1 CUP SELF RAISING FLOUR
- 1 CUP MILK
- 1 EGG
- Add Self Raising Flour into a large mixing bowl.
- Make a well in the middle of bowl, add egg & milk. Stir with a spoon until consistency is smooth.
- Cook both sides on low heat. Serve & enjoy.
