Ingredients (serves 3)

  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 3 cups Frozen mango
  • 1 cup Water

Method

  1. In a bowl, put in the frozen fruits and add half of the water.
  2. Blend with a handblender. Slowly add in more water. You might need more water if your handblender is not very powerful. Otherwise you can use a food processor too. Then all you need will be the one cup of water.
