Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 30g butter
  • 4 tsp minced garlic
  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Method

  1. Melt butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
  3. Add cream. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer until sauce thickens slightly .
  5. Add parmesan, and serve
