Moist and delicious!

Ingredients (makes 1 x 23cm cake)

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup plain flour
  • 3/4 cup S.R. flour
  • 3 med. Granny smith apples ,peeled and diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar


  1. Beat the eggs, milk and sugar together.
  2. fold in flours, spice and apples Pour batter in to 23 cm greased and paper lined cake tin
  3. Bake in 180 deg. oven 25-30 minutes

Notes... This cake can be sprinkled with slithered almonds prior to baking if you want . Also it can be served warm with a dollop of cream.
