Healthy biscuits for the lunchbox.
Ingredients (makes 40 )
- 180 gms Butter
- 230 gms Honey
- 2 cups Self raising flour
- 3 cups Cornflakes
- 1 cup Dried apricot diced
- Preheat oven to 170C. Melt butter and honey in a saucepan. Cool for a few minutes and then fold in remaining ingredients.
- Drop large teaspoons of the mixture on to a greased baking tray. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing to biscuit rack.
