I love this recipe its so easy to make yourself when you feel like something quick, it tastes super delicious and there is no added sugar.
Ingredients (serves 10 | makes 2 cups )
- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 7 small dried red chillies ( chopped)
- 2 tbsp (grated) ginger
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 4 sprigs shallots ( chopped finley)
- 1 tbsp chilli seeds
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp prickly ash oil
Method
- finely chop the dried chilli and shallots then add all ingredients into a bowl stir until combined well and then serve.

I love this sauce its really healthy and super quick to make yourself.
