Ingredients (serves 2)
- 4 stalks asparagus cut to pieces
- 1/4 cup cubes of cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp oil
- Heat oil over low heat. Meanwhile, beat eggs with milk and salt and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture in pan and let the egg set. When set underneath, add the asparagus and cheese.
- Fold and flip. Serve hot with your choice of breakfast favourites.
