A dairy free and egg free creamy avocado sauce.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 2 avocados
- 1 Onion
- Half cup Rice Milk
- 1 Lemon
- 1 Packet of pasta spagetti or penne
- handful Cherry tomatoes
- Fry chicken and onion with olive oil when chicken is cooked put aside. Boil pasta.
- To make the avocado sauce, mix the avocados, lemon, rice milk and a quarter of the boiled water in a blender until it begins to look like a sauce.
- Add sauce to the pasta, then add the chicken and cherry tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
