A simple, tasty meal. Can be altered to suit tastes, my hubby has ham instead of avo on his.


Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 4 Pieces of toast)

  • Handful of fetta
  • Half an avo
  • Half a tomato
  • 4 slices wholemeal toast

Method

  1. Toast bread and butter if desired.
  2. Finely slice tomato and avo. Place ingredients on toast.
  3. Sprinkle fetta on top.

Notes... Really simple to make - even the teen says so.
