These are so easy and quick to whip up – 20 minutes from start to finish! Great for school/daycare lunchboxes or as a snack, these ham and cheese muffins can be enjoyed hot or cold!


Ingredients (makes 24 Mini muffins)

  • 1 cup Grated tasty cheese
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Ham, chopped finely
  • 1 cup Plain flour
  • Onion salt/Salt to taste
  • Chives to taste

Method

  1. Mix all together then scoop mixture into mini muffin tins and cook in a moderate oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden and cooked through

Notes... Can be frozen and thawed when needed
