  • We love baked cheese cake and finally a recipe without sugar !

  • looks really delicious. how do you know its cooked as it is a very low temperature?

    • This is my mum and I’ve tried this recipe many times. It cooks at the low temp because it’s in there for a while. Also leaving it in the oven (turned off) to cool helps to finish it off. It will still be a little bit wobbly when the time is up, but sets firmer. Hope this helps!

      • Thanks .. just saw this. Exactly right answer !
