Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 100gms strawberrys
  • 1 whole banana peeled
  • 250ml low fat milk

Method

  1. put the banana, strawberry and the milk in a blender and mix till smooth
  2. Pour the drink in a cup and drink it

  • i make these all the time, they are so delicious and healthy. great way to get some fruit intake into your diet.

  • Love the idea of smoothies but always see conficting opinions on using fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables this looks amazing though so pink

  • To change the flavour you could add some pineapple (even drained from a can). You will be lucky to buy a ripe one as they seem to be picked fairly green so they travel better
