Great filling drink suitable for breakfast or a filling snack


Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Vanilla or flavored yogurt
  • 2 Frozen Ripe bananas
  • 1tsp Honey
  • 2 tsp Chai seeds
  • 2tsp Rolled oats

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or with a bar mix
  2. Serve chilled

Notes... Best drunk immediately!
