Handy if you have a little one who insists on feeding themselves, banana can go an amazingly long way!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 Slice of whole meal toast
  • 1 Banana

Method

  1. Toast bread and mash half the banana onto the slice and cut into soldiers

Notes

You don't have to use butter and you can do the same with avocado too!

  • Banana on toast is a long time family favourite here. I still have it. I also like a banana and cheese toasted sandwich with sweet chilli sauce. Mmmmm
