Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 leftover roast chicken
- 1 capsicum
- 1 onion
- Handful mushrooms
- Handful pineapple
- Handful olives
- Handful cherry tomatoes
- Grated cheese
- Barbecue sauce
- 250mls water
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsps salt
- 3 tsps sugar
- 500 Gm bread flour
- 3 tsps active dry yeast
Method
- Mix water, olive oil,salt, sugar, bread flour and yeast in bread maker. Let it do its thing.
- Roll out dough. Place on toppings of choice, chopped as chunky or small as you like. Add or omit any toppings.
- Cook in oven at 200*C for 15-20 minutes
