Simple beef patties that may suit one with multiple allergies


Ingredients (makes 15 patties)

  • 200g Minced beef
  • 100g Butternut pumpkin
  • 3tbs Corn kernel
  • 1/2tbs Plain flour
  • a little salt (optional. Photo is without salt)

Method

  1. Cook corn cob and cut corn kernels. (alternatively, use canned corn kernels). Cook butternut pumpkin and puree it.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and form into about 15 balls. Pan fry it over medium heat.

Notes

This recipe was made for my LO with multiple allergies. Potato may be used to substitute pumpkin and herbs/garnishing may be added.

  • If you wanted to you could reduce the quantity of the pumpkin or corn and add grated carrot.

    • yes it is a sneaky little way of getting those vegies in for the kids plus you can use whatever you like. grate some carrot up also
