Easy to prepare. The hardest part is the roasting of the chook but you can always buy one if you don’t have time.
White sauce comes in tins or packets if you can’t make it. I can never make it without lumps so I always purchase it.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 packet instant lasagne
- 500ml White sauce
- 1 whole Cooked roast chicken - boned and cut up
- 1 cup Grated cheese
- Lightly oil an oblong casserole dish. Layer the Instant Lasagne with cut chicken pieces, white sauce. Repeat.
- Cover these two layers with lasagne sheets again and the rest of the white sauce and then the grated cheese.
- Bake at 170 deg for 40 mins. Is great cold too and can be used for lunches and leftovers too.
