These are very delicious and i love the combination!!


Ingredients (serves 12)

  • 2 medium bananas (mashed)
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate chips
  • 30 g butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg (room temperature)
  • 70g castor sugar
  • 110 g plain flour

Method

  1. Sift flour, bi-carb and baking powdrr in a bowl then add the rest of the ingredients ,stir until well combined. Place 12 patty pans in a muffin tray and evenly add the cupcake batter to them. cook at 180 degrees c. For 20-30 mintues

  • these would be lovely with a nice cuppa tea :) Thanks for sharing them – I have never thought to add choc chips with banana!


    • We often add mixed chocolate chips to muffin and cakes recipes – milk, dark and white chocolate – yummy!
