Ingredients (makes 15 cookies)
- 220 gr Margarine
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- 80 gr Icing Sugar
- 1 tbs Vanilla
- 300 gr Plain flour
- Beat margarine, salt, icing sugar and vanilla together until the ingredients are combined and the mixture is creamy.
- Add in the flour into the margarine mixture, beat with low speed until the dough mix well. It is normal for the dough to soft.
- Place dough on tray in the refrigerator about 30 minutes. Roll the dough about 2 cm and cut any shape you like using cookies cutter.
- Bake at 170 degrees about 15- 20 minutes or until light golden brown colour. Leave it cool and decorated it.
