Yummy Christmas cookies

Ingredients (makes 15 cookies)

  • 220 gr Margarine
  • 1/2 tbs Salt
  • 80 gr Icing Sugar
  • 1 tbs Vanilla
  • 300 gr Plain flour

Method

  1. Beat margarine, salt, icing sugar and vanilla together until the ingredients are combined and the mixture is creamy.
  2. Add in the flour into the margarine mixture, beat with low speed until the dough mix well. It is normal for the dough to soft.
  3. Place dough on tray in the refrigerator about 30 minutes. Roll the dough about 2 cm and cut any shape you like using cookies cutter.
  4. Bake at 170 degrees about 15- 20 minutes or until light golden brown colour. Leave it cool and decorated it.
