These delicious cocoa-nutty bliss balls are bite sized parcels of chocolate and coconut goodness. Perfect partnered with a cup of tea or coffee.


Ingredients (makes 20 balls)

  • 200 grams raw almonds
  • 100 grams tahini
  • 20 grams cacao or cocoa
  • 20 grams coconut oil
  • 10 grams chia seeds or desiccated coconut
  • 20 pitted dates
  • A Pinch of Salt
  • Honey to Taste
  • Extra Coconut for rolling

Method

  1. Blitz all the ingredients in a blender for 10 to 30 seconds.
  2. Roll mixture into small balls, then roll in coconut and refrigerate.
  3. Enjoy!
