These coconut balls are fast and easy, even for the kids to help make.


Ingredients (makes 15 )

  • 1/2cup coconut
  • 1/3cup cocoa
  • 1 packet marie biscuits or plain sweet biscuits
  • 1 can condensed milk

Method

  1. Blend cocoa and coconut together.
  2. Crush biscuits then add to coconut mixture.
  3. Blend together then roll into balls.
  4. Roll in extra coconut then refrigerate. Voila ... yummy coconut balls

  • I made these with my kids today. They loved them and hubby gobbled them up. Chocolate spiders are on the list for tomorrow

  • My son loves making things like this, i also put sultanas in it and roll them in sprinkles for variations
