So easy to prepare that I bake the cupcakes and leave the frosting and decorating to the children,
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 60gr Cream cheese frosting, softened
- 30gr Butter, softened
- 3/4 Cup Icing Sugar
- 1/2 Tsb Vanilla Essence
Method
- Place the cream cheese, butter and flavouring in the bowl and use an electric beater to combine. Mix until pale in colour.
- Stir in icing sugar gradually mixing after each addition. Continue to mix with the electric beater until smooth and pale.
- Use on your favourite cakes and cupcakes.
Notes
Vanilla essence can be replaced with lemon rind and juice.
