A great pasta dish to use up leftover ham. It’s even more delicious when it’s baked in the oven!



Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 400g Pasta
  • 200g Ham (sliced thinly)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100ml Thickened Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesn
  • 1/3 cup Parsley


  1. Cook pasta in large saucepan
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and cook ham for 4-5 minutes (or until crisp).
  3. Mix eggs, cream and parmesan in a bowl.
  4. Drain pasta and return to pan, adding the ham, parsley and the egg mixture.
  5. Toss the ingredients and serve straight away.

    Im learning to cook without dairy n wheat. It hasn’t been easy. This looks yummy.

    • What about coconut cream. there are lactose free ones. I think they are probably in the refrigerated section. Many that have dairy food issues have problems with the lactose (milk sugar) I have a close friend who is lactose intolerant who uses lactose free milk, cream, cheese and even icecream.. I am not a chocolate lover, but I have to admit that Liddell Lactose Free Chocolate Icecream I really liked. I am told their cheese also tastes like ordinary cheese that she ate by mistake. She can’t even have a small savoury biscuit which has milk in it. As a small child she was so ill she had to be rushed to hospital on a few occasions as it was impossible to keep her hydrated orally. I am also led to believe that lactose free milk also has a lower fat content. I don’t know anything about Rice Milk. Many don’t like soy milk.

        I made one for myself n boy they were delicious. Worst thing with pictures, they make u crave, if there wasnt any pics, il prolly skip this lol.
