Ingredients (serves 4)
- 250g Spaghetti
- 500g Green Beans
- 125g Bacon Chopped
- 500g Mushrooms Sliced
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- Grated parmesan cheese to finish
- Cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan. Add beans for the last 4 minutes of cooking, drain.
- Cook the bacon until crisp. Set aside. Lightly spray the pan with oil and cook the mushroom, stirring until golden. Add the garlic until fragrant.
- Combine the mushroom mixture, bacon and sour cream with the pasta and beans. Toss to combine. Serve with parmesan cheese and cracked pepper.
