Super easy, super yummy crumbed prawns.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 250g Cooked tiger prawns
- 1 cup Bread crumbs
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 Egg beaten
- Salt and pepper
- Each in their own bowls line up flour, egg and bread crumbs in this order add salt and pepper to the bread crumbs.
- Remove the prawns head, shell and vein the prawns but keep the tail on, this makes it easier to dip them.
- Coat the prawn lightly in flour, then dip in egg letting the excess drip off, roll in bread crumbs.
- Once all the prawns are coated, fry them in hot oil for 1 minute. Place on the paper towel to rid them of any excess oil.
