A quick and easy sausage dinner dish for people who love a bit of spice.


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 8 Thick Sausages
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Medium Potatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Rice
  • 2 Teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1/2 Cup Peas

Method

  1. Dice potatoes and slice carrots into rings and put aside.
  2. Boil Sausages for approx 15 mins and once cool slice into rings.
  3. Add all ingredients to a large pot, bring to the boil and simmer for approximately 30 mins or until vegetables are soft. Stir regularly.

Notes

Add more curry powder if you prefer it hotter.
