Dairy free quick and yummy Avocado dip.


Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 3 Avocados
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Packet of Tofu
  • Half cup Sweet chilli sauce (optional)

Method

  1. Mix avocado, tofu and salt pepper and lemon together with a spoon. For a spicy alternative add Sweet chilli sauce
  2. To make it smooth use a hand held food processor. Serve with Crackers or on toast.

  • I’ll be trying this as it has tofu in it and I recently discovered it’s good for iron. I need more iron being anaemic.

  • Tofu, that’s very interesting. I usually use Avocado, Mayo, Lemon and sweet chilli. I will give this a try and see how different it tastes. Thanks for sharing!
