Ingredients (serves 6)
- 3 Avocados
- 2 Lemons
- 1 Packet of Tofu
- Half cup Sweet chilli sauce (optional)
- Mix avocado, tofu and salt pepper and lemon together with a spoon. For a spicy alternative add Sweet chilli sauce
- To make it smooth use a hand held food processor. Serve with Crackers or on toast.
