These meatballs are great! Serve as a snack with toothpicks and dipping sauce or simply add pasta sauce and you have a meal for the family.

  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 4 button mushrooms
  • 1/2 chorizo
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 3 large shallots
  • pinch salt and pepper

  • I remembered the first time I made meatballs so similar to this recipe that my hands were tired from rolling the balls . It is simple but once it is made there is a lot of meat, but it is delicious and will make it again when I am not lazy .
