Ingredients (makes 36 Sausage rolls)
- 3 sheets Puff pastry
- 250 gms sausage mince
- 1 whisked egg
- thaw puff pasty and cut into 3 equal sections ( 3 rectangles)
- place sausage mince into each rectangle and roll up
- chop each sausage roll into portions (i do 4 per roll) Pierce with a fork and paint on the whisked egg.
- cook at 180 for 30 mins
