These sausage rolls are so easy and so yummy for school lunches or straight out the oven!

Ingredients (makes 36 Sausage rolls)

Method

  1. thaw puff pasty and cut into 3 equal sections ( 3 rectangles)
  2. place sausage mince into each rectangle and roll up
  3. chop each sausage roll into portions (i do 4 per roll) Pierce with a fork and paint on the whisked egg.

  • I’ve squeezed the inside out of sausages before. That’s almost the same. The kids prefer this to my fancy up the mince ones. Have done it with chicken mince too.

    • Chicken mince sounds yummy must try that one.
