Great way to mix fruit and veg for the kids a lovely rainbow!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 7 Raspberries
  • 3 Mandarin slices
  • 3 Banana slices
  • 1 Avocado slice
  • 4 Blueberries

Method

  1. Arrange all the ingredients in above colour order on plate to resemble a rainbow. Serve!

Notes

It's a great one to use whatever fruit or veg is in season at the time. Strawberries, oranges, pineapple, apple, cucumber, celery, plums etc. You could also add a yoghurt dipping sauce too.

  • Nice. I might have to swap the raspberries with strawberries but otherwise my little one would love this.
