A fun festive way to serve strawberries.


Ingredients

  • 1 Punnet strawberries
  • 6 Grapes
  • 1 pack Jelly crystals
  • 200 grams White cooking chocolate

Method

  1. Melt chocolate in double boiler or place bowl over saucepan of boiling water ensuring bottom is not touching water.
  2. When chocolate is melted dip in strawberries, wait until set & dip again. Do the same with grapes.
  3. Whilst chocolate is still runny on fruits dip in jelly crystals.

Notes

You can also use milk or dark chocolate & jelly crystals of your choice.

  • I’ve seen some other strawberry delightful recipes but never grapes. Definitely a Summer treat the strawberries and grapes are in season.

  • oh cool what a great idea – i remember as a kid I had christmas tree lights that were in the shape of a grape bunch and they were different colours but had little crystals on them – these remind me of them – thanks for sharing :)
