Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 )
- 1 Basa fillet
- 2 tsp Butter
- 2 tsp Mayonaise
- 2 tsp Garlic flakes
- 1/2 tsp Hymilayian salt
- 1/2 Finely sliced carrot
Method
- Make a parcel with baking paper and put all ingredients together and close the top to make sure it steams and heat until fish is cooked through on medium for about 10-15 minutes
Notes... It was flakey and the taste of butter and mayonaise together was a creamy delight along with the sweet carrot
