We cooked our fish parcels on the bbq but you can cook then in the oven or on the fry pan


Ingredients (serves 1 | makes 1 )

  • 1 Basa fillet
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 2 tsp Mayonaise
  • 2 tsp Garlic flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Hymilayian salt
  • 1/2 Finely sliced carrot


  1. Make a parcel with baking paper and put all ingredients together and close the top to make sure it steams and heat until fish is cooked through on medium for about 10-15 minutes

Notes... It was flakey and the taste of butter and mayonaise together was a creamy delight along with the sweet carrot

  • The fish looks like it’s just falling off the bone. Yum!
