Great drink for those hot days and a little lighter having the water as the base instead of milk

Ingredients (serves 4 | makes 1 litre )

  • 1 large Frozen kiwi fruit (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 Frozen banana ,chopped
  • 1 Frozen White nectarine, chopped
  • 2 cups Cold water
  • 3/4 cup Thickened cream


  1. Place all wet and frozen ingredient into a blender and blitz until blended and smooth and serve
