This is a great recipe for toddlers in summer. My 2-year old loves the bright colour of the smoothie and the taste, and especially likes to drink it with a straw!
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 Frozen banana
- 250mls Low fat milk
- 125mls Low fat strawberry yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- Peel banana and chop into 2 cm pieces
- Place banana, honey, milk and yoghurt in a blender, or use a hand-held stick blender, to mix until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy
