Fruity icy poles.

Ingredients (makes 6 )

  • 2 Oranges
  • Half Pineapple
  • 4 Stawberries
  • Half cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 drops Vanilla essence
  • Handful Rasberries or blueberries

Method

  1. In a blende or juice machine mix all the fruit. Optional if you want to add milk to make your icy poles creamy. I used many different variations at different times. (coconut milk, soy vanilla milk or oat milk.
  2. Blend until consistency is thick and all the fruit looks like it's disolved.
  3. Transfer it into icy pole moulds then freeze for about 4 hours.

Notes

My home made Icy poles. My Toddler goes crazy for these. It's also a great way to get your kids to have fruit if they are fussy eaters. Note: If you have leftovers this recipe also tastes great as a fruit shake.

  • These sound delicious, healthy, and much Moore affordable than store brought pops

  • Can you sub the coconut milk for anything else? My daughter doesn’t like the taste of coconuts – might try coconut water

  • My kids love icy poles in the summer and these would be a great healthy alternative to the store bought ones. Now I just need to find the moulds to use.
