This gnocchi makes a very quick and easy mid week dinner!
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 packet Gnocchi
- 4 Tbsp Butter
- 8 slices Parma Ham
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 cup Finely Grated parmesan
- Cook gnocchi as per instructions on packet. Drain and leave in saucepan.
- Melt butter, add garlic cook for 1 minute. Season well. Rip up parma ham into pieces.
- Pour the melted butter and parmesan over gnocchi and toss together. Put into serving bowls then top with parma ham.
