This gnocchi makes a very quick and easy mid week dinner!


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 packet Gnocchi
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 8 slices Parma Ham
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup Finely Grated parmesan

Method

  1. Cook gnocchi as per instructions on packet. Drain and leave in saucepan.
  2. Melt butter, add garlic cook for 1 minute. Season well. Rip up parma ham into pieces.
  3. Pour the melted butter and parmesan over gnocchi and toss together. Put into serving bowls then top with parma ham.
