These tastes spectacular and havve the texture of a golden pillow. These have to be one of the best ptoatoes ive ever eaten.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 5 large potatoes (peeled)
- 1 kg pork fat
- 2 tsp smoked himalayan salt
- Once you have peeld the potatoes slice them into four pieces each and add them to the pork lard in a pot on medium heat until soft and golden. Then plateand sprinkle with smoked salt and serve.
