These ham and carrot fritters are yum and master ‘not quite 1′ loved them!
Ingredients (makes 4 Fritters)
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Plain flour
- 1/4 cup Shredded ham
- 1 small Carrot, grated
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Prepare frying pan with a light coat of olive oil.
- Divide into four blobs of mixture in pan and fry on low to medium heat for 2 to 3 mins either side (or until golden). Cool and serve.
