A simple, quick and a deliciously healthy snack.


Ingredients (makes 8 small biscuits)

  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp Maca powder (can be purchased from the health section in supermarkets or health food stores)
  • 1 tbsp cocoa

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together.
  2. Roll into small balls and place on a baking tray. Flatten.
  3. Bake in oven for 25 minutes on 180 degrees.
