This dish is a homemade creamy and delicious tomatoe spagetti that tastes so good with the egg pasta and fresh herbs it comes together and is really nice

Ingredients (serves 10)

  • 800gm Tin diced tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup Thickened cream
  • 3/4 cup Tomatoe paste
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Coriander (chopped)
  • 8 Medium button mushrooms (diced)
  • Handful Micro shallots 1cm pieces
  • 250 grm Crumbled pork Italian style
  • 2 cups Grated cheese
  • 2× 500g Egg spagetti pasta
  • 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1 large White onion diced


  1. Place 3/4 of the mushrooms, soy sauce, chilli sauce and 2 tbsp oil in a non stick pan on medium high until golden brown
  2. Then add crumbled pork Cook onion in 1 tbsp of oil on medium high until lightly golden
  3. Then in medium low heat place onions and mushrooms with tomatoe paste, tin tomatoe and thickened cream with a 1/2 cup of water and stir for a few mintues
  4. Cook egg pasta once cooked place spagetti in a bowl with the creamy sauce on top with the coriander, micro shallots the left over mushroom and heaps of grated cheese and eat
