Ingredients (serves 6)
- 6 Chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon or whole seed mustard
- Combine the butter, honey and mustard together in a casserole dish.
- Add the chicken and coat well in the sauce.
- Cook in a preheated oven (180 degrees) for approximately 45 minutes or until done. Baste once, halfway through cooking time.
