Such an easy and delicious recipe that the whole family will enjoy


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • butter and oil for frying
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • salt and pepper
  • plain flour for coating chicken

Method

  1. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, coat in flour
  2. Fry in butter and oil until golden , Remove from pan
  3. Add a little more butter and oil to pan
  4. Add vinegar and soy , simmer gently for 1 minute
  5. Add honey and reduce until thickened slightly
  6. Add chicken back into the pan and coat well

Notes... This is great served with fried rice and asian green vegetables or with roast vegies .
