This is an easy soup recipe which can be changed with veggies in season.

Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 Cooked chicken
  • I tin Cream of chicken
  • Assorted veggies


  1. Cook Chicken, let rest. Prepare veggies e.g. sweet potato, carrots, peas and cauliflower.
  2. Boil 1 litre water add veggies and tin of soup, cook until veggies are tender. Shred chicken and add to pot.
  3. Season to taste, cook for 1/2 hour and serve.
