Ingredients (serves 5)
- 4 cups Self raising flour
- 5 cups Tasty cheese
- 2 cups milk Milk
- 8 Eggs
- 2 tomatoes, sliced (OPTIONAL)
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl.
- Slowly stir in the flour.
- Using a blender, gradually add the cheese so the mixture is aerated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased quiche dish. OPTIONAL: Scatter chopped tomatoes over the top.
- Pop in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
