Yummy simple tea choice that the family will love


Ingredients (makes 8 chops)

  • 8 Lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • small handfull Sage, roughly torn or chopped
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Melt butter in frying pan Add most of the sage leaves, fry for a couple of minutes or until fragrant
  2. Put chops in pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a few more sage leaves Cook for 5-6 minutes and turn
  3. Sprinkle with a little more salt and pepper to taste Cook until golden or chops are cooked

Notes

A good amount of sage helps to give the chops a really lovely flavor I cut off most of the fat from the chops before cooking but thats personal chioce

  • Think I’ll try this in my slow cooker so that the lamb is very soft and easily eaten. A 1/4 cup white wine with your recipe will suffice and I have so much sage growing, it will taste wonderful. Thanks for sharing your recipe so I could embellish it a little.
